Oltremare Group Announces Commercial Agreement Between Travel Affair Business Unit and ACE Italy for the Louis Vuitton 38th America's Cup Preliminary Regatta.

Oltremare Group announces that its Travel Affair business unit has signed a commercial agreement with ACE Italy to provide hotel booking and accommodation services for the operational staff and TV & Broadcast teams involved in the Louis Vuitton 38th America's Cup Preliminary Regatta, scheduled to take place in Naples in September 2026.

The operational development of the project has been entrusted to Travel Affair, the Group's business unit specializing in event management, hospitality, and business travel, which will oversee the coordination and organization of all accommodation services dedicated to the event.

Travel Affair will be responsible for identifying, booking, and managing the accommodation solutions required by ACE Italy, offering a wide range of lodging options including hotels, apartments, holiday homes, bed & breakfasts, and other types of accommodation, in accordance with the operational procedures established under the agreement and through successive booking phases dedicated to the various guest groups.

As part of the collaboration, Oltremare Tour Operator will be entitled to present itself as "Non-exclusive Accommodation Solutions Supplier to ACE Italy S.r.l.", further confirming the Group's role in providing organizational and logistical support for complex, internationally significant events.
